AC Chargers

Our AC chargers typically deliver around 7kW of power, significantly reducing charging times compared to standard 3-pin sockets. For properties with three-phase electrical supply, we can install 22kW chargers, further minimising recharge times.

DC Chargers

DC chargers, available at service stations, offer rapid charging with power outputs exceeding 100kW, reducing charging times from hours to minutes. Rest assured, your EV's safety is our priority, and the vehicle determines how much power it accepts to protect its battery.

Tethered vs Untethered

Choose between tethered and untethered chargers based on your preference. Our Process

Consultation

Here at AlphaOne, we believe in the personal approach. Unlike mainstream and national companies, we won't ask you to send us photos to formulate your quotation. We want to fully understand your individual requirements.

We will arrange a site visit at your convenience to discuss with you your exact requirements to ensure we have fully evaluated all options. From budget to smart charging functionality and location, we will fine-tune everything until you are fully satisfied.

Installation

On a day of your choosing, we will come to install your EV charge point. The average installation usually takes less than a day to complete. Disruption will be kept to a minimum, and if a power outage is necessary, we will notify you in advance.

Once complete, our electrician will go over the installation with you to make sure that you are fully satisfied with the workmanship and to run through the functionality of the charging unit.

Paperwork

We will email you with your certificate and final receipt. If you need any help getting used to your unit, then we are always at the end of a phone for continued support. If necessary, we will happily return if you encounter any problems.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and aftercare service. Should you require us in the future to fix a problem, we will make it our priority to get you up and running ASAP.
